I started in journalism, reporting and copy editing at the Columbia Missourian, with an editorial internship at Time Out in Barcelona and an advertising internship with McCann Worldgroup in Tokyo and Prague. That training still shapes how I work.

Today I take ownership of the full content function and turn it into a measurable growth engine. The work spans content strategy, SEO planning, product messaging and positioning, competitive intelligence, and editorial team-building. At Voiso I built the function from zero; at CloudTalk I was promoted to Senior Copywriter within six months.
